    The 2025 wedding season is almost upon us – every year seems to get faster and faster! In the meantime, a huge thank you to last year’s wonderful couples and all the folks I met along the way.

    Just before New Year, I was over in Ardboe and Monaghan shooting Brian & Maeve’s big day – and it was huge, with an impressive 300 in attendance! Photographs were at Killymoon Castle, outside Cookstown; an impressive Regency-era castle on the banks of the Ballinderry River. Eoghan Quigg of X-Factor fame provided the reception music…

    From the beautiful ceremony and photos in Raphoe to the big party at Jackson’s Hotel, Ballybofey, there was always plenty of craic at Sarah & William’s wedding! Photographs were at the beautiful Oakfield Park estate, against the wintery backdrop of the lake, Castle Folly, and miniature-gauge railway (apparently the longest in Ireland).

    In December 2021, we took a wintery walk at sunset with newlyweds Shonamarie & Philip at Doagh Strand, Donegal. Cold? Yes. Windy. Definitely. Good craic? Absolutely.
